Solo Traveler
Overall great. Recommend they have clerks scan keys when you pick yours up takes two seconds so they know they work before you go up an elevator with all your luggage after a hard day of travel and find it doesn't work. Wouldn't mention this if it didn't happen two nights in a row with the same chain and the clerk told us she only scans when you get the keys if she gets a few complaints. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
I have always enjoyed staying at Country Inn and Suites, however, this one is a bit tired and needs some updates. Our bathroom floor was not clean and the walls in the room were scuffed up. We told the front desk after our first night that we had a howl in our window there was a strong wind outside and our window did not seem to seal correctly. We were told that they would have a look at it and if they could not solve the problem, we would be moved to a new room. We returned at the end of the day only to hear the same howl. My husband fixed the problem by stuffing some cardboard between the windows. The front desk did not even ask us if we still heard the problem howl. Not what we expected. ...read more

I would definitely recommend this hotel to the family travelers, it was very clean and the Water Park looked like lots of fun! I would have to say for the area this hotel should be a 3 star for the cleanliness and comfort. ...read more

Got in late so was going to use waterpark in am but learned that water slide not open till 2 pm so didn't go. Overall, very nice hotel.

This was an excellent hotel - very clean, quiet, had a great breakfast, nice pool area and the check-in attendant was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Traveling as Couple
This hotel is easy to locate. Lots of convenient parking. The room was very comfortable. Nice mattresses and the pillows were soft. The room was very clean and had all the amenities.
